It is the practice of Fox & Fox to bill one quarter (1/4) of the estimated annual administrative fee at the beginning of the plan year and every quarter thereafter. The balance is adjusted at the end of the plan year. The quoted administrative fees cover all necessary administrative work connected to the program, and any additional charges will be levied only with consent of the plan sponsor.

The loan fees associated with the loan provisions of the 401(k) and other defined contribution plans will be charged directly to the plan participants unless the plan sponsor desires otherwise. Likewise any administrative and/or actuarial work dealing with the dissolution of a marriage will be billed to the plan participant unless the plan sponsor desires otherwise.

Administrative services for plans with one hundred (100) or more participants will be quoted on an individual basis.
