Flex Forms

Over the next couple of weeks, the majority of our IRS §125 and §129 forms will be available through this site.

Plan Amendments
Between now and the end of year, FOX & FOX will be amending and possibly restating all of the flex plans we administer. The amendments are generated by the IRS's adoption of the final regulations for IRS §125. We will be contacting our flex clients in early November about the changes in their plan documents.
